We take pride in crafting many of our products to order or customizing them just for you. Processing times can vary depending on the item:

• In-stock items: Typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
• Made-to-order or customized items: Usually processed within 4–10 business days.
  

During holidays or periods of high demand, processing might take slightly longer.

Once shipped, Standard Express Shipping typically delivers within 7–15 business days. We work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. You’ll also receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

Please see the estimated release date on each Pre-Order product page. Pre-Order products will ship with the same shipping estimates as usual starting from that date.

We offer a 1 year limited warranty. If your product is defective, you can contact us at support@arcadianorth.com and we will do our best to make things right.

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and subject to our full discretion. However, after 30 days from receiving your product, the order is not eligible for refunds under any circumstance.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unfortunately, we are not accepting any returns at this time. Items sent back to us will not be accepted.

For any missing or damaged orders, we offer a free replacement.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once we receive your design, we will provide a FREE mockup and quote. Prices vary based on the size and complexity of the design.

After confirmation of the mockup and quote, a secure payment link will be provided. Once your payment is processed, your custom order will be made in 4-7 business days on average. The same average shipping times apply.
