Refund policy

Due to the made-to-order and customized nature of many of our products, all sales are final once your order has been processed and shipped. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@arcadianorth.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly. For more details, please refer to the section below under Damages and Other Issues.

Warranty

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on our products. If your item is defective, please contact us at support@arcadianorth.com and we'll do our best to make things right.

Returns and Refunds

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns at this time. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion. Please note that after 30 days from the delivery date, orders are no longer eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@arcadianorth.com.

Damages and Other Issues

We offer free replacements for missing or damaged orders.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

To initiate a replacement, please contact us at support@arcadianorth.com. Please note that replacements are subject to our discretion. If the product is damaged due to reasons beyond our control, a replacement will not be issued.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
