How To Make A Custom Order
How does a custom order work?
Send us an email at custom@arcadianorth.com with your design and we will provide a FREE mockup and quote in 1-3 business days. Be sure to let us know if you're looking for a custom Neon Sign, AURALIGHT™, or Silhouette Light.
After you've confirmed the design and details, we will send a secure payment link.
Once your payment is processed, just sit back and wait for us to do our magic! We'll help to make your dream creation into reality!
How much does a custom order cost?
We will provide a mockup and quote free of charge. Prices of the custom design vary based on size and complexity.
How long do custom orders take?
After confirmation of the mockup and quote, a secure payment link will be provided. Once your payment is processed, your custom order will be made in 4-7 business days on average. The same average shipping times apply.
